Evaluation - What kind of media institution might distribute your media product and why?

My group have decided to choose Universal  Pictures as our distributor. We have chosen this because Universal Pictures are an American film company who are popular for distributing large budget films. They are also known for they’re influence on British cinema and partnership between Universal Vivendi and Working Title, to form a synergy. Overall They have produced box office hits like: 'Bridget Jones’ Dairy‘ and 'Bridesmaids' . We have aimed to achieved this level of quality in the film opening we have created by using the best quality equipment that were available to us with little to no budget. and with both independent companies joining together, viral advertisement is important, due to little to no budget.
